Natural Therapy For Headaches!
In about 5 mins, your headache will go.......

The nose has a left and a right side.
We use both to inhale and exhale.
Actually they are different.
You'll be able to feel the difference.

The right side represents the sun.
The left side represents the moon.

During a headache, try to close your right nose
and use your left nose to breathe.
In about 5 mins, your headache will go.

If you feel tired, just reverse, close your left nose
and breathe through your right nose.
After a while, you will feel your mind is refreshed.

Right side belongs to 'hot', so it gets heated up easily.
Left side belongs to 'cold'.

Most females breathe with their left noses,
so they get "cooled off" faster.
Most of the guys breathe with their right noses,
they get worked up.

Do you notice, the moment you awake, which side breathes better?
Left or right ?
If left is better, you will feel tired.
So, close your left nose and use your right nose for breathing..
You will feel refreshed quickly.

Do you suffer from continual headaches?
Try out this breathing therapy.

Close your right nose and breathe through your left nose.
Your headaches will be gone.
Continued the exercise for one month.

Why not give it a try.....a natural therapy without medication.

Coconut Milk..

Do You Know:-

Coconut milk is a very nutrient-dense food containing calcium, Omega 3 fats, fiber and protein. It is a sweet and luxurious treat that you can add to smoothies, or just take alone as a nutritional supplement.

If you're using coconut milk, you're going to be cooking something with plenty of fresh vegetables and perhaps some chicken, fish or tofu.

If you use fat-reduced coconut milk, whatever saturated fats you get from the coconut will be balanced by all the benefits you get from the hefty dose of vegetables and other ingredients.

Calories

One tbsp. of coconut milk contains about 120 calories, so consume it in small amounts. About a tablespoon of coconut milk per day is all you need to enjoy the health benefits from the Omega 3 fats. These healthy fats are needed by the body to maintain good health.

Fat

Coconut milk is a good source of fat for the body. Coconut oil contains several different types of fat, such as saturated fat, polyunsaturated fat, Omega 3 fats, Omega 6 fats and monounsaturated fat. Your body actually needs a certain amount of healthy fat for your heart, brain and health. Omega 3 fatty acids also reduce inflammation, as well as lubricate your cells and joints.

Sugars

Coconut milk is very sweet, yet it contains a small amount of sugars such as glucose and fructose. The body does need a small amount of sugar to use as energy. Coconut milk is very dense, so even though it is rich, it only contains about 1 to 2 percent sugar. This is why the milk has a thick, sweet taste.

Calcium

Coconut milk also contains a good amount of calcium. One cup of coconut milk contains about 200 IU of calcium. Your body needs calcium for healthy teeth and bones, as well as your immune system. Coconut milk also contains trace minerals such as sodium, potassium, iron, phosphorus and copper.

Protein

Coconut milk contains very small levels of protein. The type of protein found in coconut milk are alanine, cystine, arginine and serene. These are easily digestible, simple proteins. Your body uses protein to maintain and build new cells. Your hair, nails and skin are made up mostly of protein.

Benefits of Coconut Milk:

Following are some of the health benefits of coconut milk:

  • Helps to maintain blood sugar places:  Glucose intolerance may cause manganese deficiency in your body. Coconut milk is a rich source of manganese. Whole grains, legumes and nuts are some other excellent sources of manganese.
  • Keeps skin and blood vessels flexible and elastic:
  • Copper is a very important mineral for most of the bodily functions. Copper and vitamin C help to maintain the flexibility and elasticity of the skin and blood vessels.
  • Aids in building strong bones:
  • Coconut milk is not rich in calcium, but it is rich in phosphorus. Phosphorus is an essential nutrient that the body needs for strengthening bones. It is must to take phosphorus with calcium particularly to prevent bone loss because it supplies phosphate to the body.
  • Helps to prevent anemia:  Lack of iron is the most common nutrient deficiency among the people throughout the world. Iron deficiency in body does not allow the body to develop enough hemoglobin for keeping sufficient oxygen levels in red blood cells, resulting in anemia. Each cup of coconut milk supplies the body with nearly a quarter of daily value of iron.
  • Relaxes muscles and nerves: Whenever you feel muscle cramps or muscle soreness, have some food along with coconut milk. It is rich in magnesium and can help you in relieving the problem. One of the functions of magnesium is it acts as a gate block in many nerve cells. If magnesium is not present in body, nerve cells become very active because of calcium that activates nerves. Excess contraction of muscles is caused by over-active nerve cells.
  • Decreases the risk of joint inflammation:
  • Selenium is an important antioxidant. It controls the free radicals and thereby helps in relieving the symptoms of arthritis. It is observed that people with low levels of selenium may suffer from rheumatoid arthritis.
  • Helps in lowering high blood pressure:  People who are concerned about their blood pressure will not face any problem consuming foods containing potassium. Potassium helps in lowering blood pressure levels in the body.
  • Helps in maintaining healthy immune system: Coconut milk helps in warding off colds and coughs by keeping the immune system healthy. It supplies vitamin C to the body which boosts the immune system.
  • Promotes the health of prostate gland: Zinc plays a vital role in promoting the health of prostate gland. A preliminary study showed that it slows down the activities of cancer cells.
I hope the above mentioned information helps you in understanding the relation between health and coconut milk. It can also be consumed by people with cow’s milk allergy. It is free from gluten and soy. Hence people who are allergic to these substances can also use coconut milk.
