Smart Kids Sleep

Want your child to excel in school? 

They make it a habit to always sleep on time every night. Recent research results of the experts in the United States shows, regular sleep patterns make children more intelligent. Compared to children who do not sleep regularly, they are always scheduled rest have language skills, reading and math better in school. 
This is the result of independent research experts at SRI International, involving 8,000 children. One of the conclusions presented at the meeting of the Associated Professional Sleep Societies were also mentioned, children sleeping on average less than 11 hours per day showed a poor ability.
