Basic Sewing Tools



In this blog I explain the uses for basic sewing supplies and pattern making tools. As with any craft, having the proper tools makes a world of difference in the ease of our work as well as the quality of your end result.


Create A Sewing Kit

Most kits on the market leave something out or have an item that is inferior quality which will lead to more frustration then money you may have saved.






1. Sewing Tape Measures
    A tape measure is a must-have tool for sewing. Having more than one and
    carrying one in your purse is not uncommon!

Like needles, there are many different types of thread. Your thread must correspond to both the needle size and fabric you are sewing with.
